Katrina will Effect Real Estate in NW Indiana !!!

From the price of lumber, & construction costs to the cost of homeowners insurance, Katrina will certainly have a ripple effect on the Real Estate Industry, yes even here in NW Indiana we will feel some waves of her fury!

On a more positive note, the feds may respond similarly as they did after 9/11 and postpone interest rate hikes to help the economy!
